Abstract:	本研究首先研析石門水庫上游集水區支流湳仔溝溪整治前後蝦類資源生物量之變動，並研析四環黴素法及切割法等標識方法對日本沼蝦之適合性及使用標誌放流法估算日本沼蝦之資源量。利用四環黴素四種不同濃度(0.25g/L、0.5g/L、1.0g/L、1.5g/L)及5種不同標誌方法對日本沼蝦之殘存率結果顯示以B組(0.5g/L)相對於其它三組螢光反應留存的比率較高，而切除第二步足之組別有較低之殘存率；而浸泡四環黴素及切割尾扇有較高之殘存率。自2009年2月到10月期間，每月標誌約兩百尾的日本沼蝦之幼蝦，隨後放流至湳仔溝溪
