本研究藉由實際的需求調查，指出對於中小規模的汽車貨運業而言，立即引入完整的車輛派遣系統是不可行的，同時本研究也根據國內汽車貨運業之現況提出引入汽車貨運業派遣自動化所可能產生之課題，並提出相關的看法。最後本研究以某公司為例提出一派遣系統架構，可輔助業者快速處理訂單、派遣及統計資料等動作。本研究也同時發現要使業者願意放棄人工派遣改為使用派遣自動化，系統必頇：畫面精簡、相關資料可自動帶出、多使用勾選、操作流程簡單清楚並附有後端薪資計算及相關資訊的管理統計分析功能。 The purpose of this research focuses on the study of key issue for commercial vehicles dispatching.
