    Abstract: 面對資訊全球化的潮流,資訊科技正面地影響學生學習的信念讓各國無不致力學校科技整合的方案以及師資的培育,有鑑於此,我國教育部推廣資訊教育也不遺餘力。資訊科技雖可幫助學生學習,但在實行資訊科技融入教學上仍普遍存在著一些障礙。教師雖有意願實施資訊科技融入教學,可是在教學現場實際上卻不常使用資訊科技融入教學,或者是其實施的成效不佳。
    本研究應用創新抵制理論障礙因素來源,整理文獻蒐集探討分析國中教師資訊科技融入教學障礙五大構面及十四個衡量準則,透過21位專家問卷取得各衡量準則間關連影響性的意見資料,再以決策實驗室分
