    Abstract: 本研究主要是利用活性污泥於氣舉式反應器內進行降解二甲基亞碸(Dimethyl sulfoxide, DMSO),試驗不同的培養條件下對於降解DMSO的生物活性之影響,並找到最適合的培養條件以及培養成份,能於第一線簡易地測試來源的活性汙泥以順利使用在光電產業、石油加工等有機合成產業的廢水處理程序中避免臭味物質的產生。DMSO具有很高的滲透壓且對生物具有毒性,隨著DMSO的大量使用,使得在自然環境中累積並且造成環境的污染。本實驗利用不同的培養條件得知,於活性污泥在未以LB培養基增富培養時,低濃度的DMSO(5
